Return/Exchange Policy

Cancellations on coffee orders will be considered if the request is made within 24 hours of placing an order or before the order is shipped, whichever comes first.

Six Seasons Lifestyle Private Limited does not accept returns. However, in instances where the undesired product or damaged product is delivered /received at customer’s end we will inspect and examine the same upon request by the customer. Such communication has to be initiated within 24 hours of delivery at hello@sixseasonscoffee.com and we will be happy to resolve your issue.

We will either initiate refund or initiate shipping the product again, as per the customer request.

The refunds usually take 5-7 working days.
