1. 1/3 glass of water
2. 1 tablespoon Six Seasons Intense Pre-workout Coffee powder
3. 1 teaspoon honey
1. Add water to a saucepan. Bring it to boil.
2. Add the coffee powder.
3. Now add some honey. Stir the mixture well.
4. Strain the mix using coffee filter.
